Kevin Pifer

Board Member

Kevin Pifer is the newest member of the Board as of June 2026.  Kevin is President and Co-Founder of Pifer’s Auction & Realty and Land Management.  Pifer’s, founded in 2000, is a national company specializing in the sale of farmland and equipment and managing farmland. Pifer’s has sold in excess of $3 billion of farmland since its inception and manages over 250,000 acres of farmland.  Pifer’s is considered a national powerhouse in the national farmland auction sector as The Land Report Magazine annually considers Pifer’s one of the top five land auction companies in America.

Kevin has extensive experience in marketing, agriculture, and finance, with nearly a decade of managing a regional insurance company and bank.  A graduate of the University of North Dakota, Kevin is a former North Dakota Deputy Commissioner of Agriculture and Deputy Director of Intergovernmental Affairs in Washington, DC.

Kevin is licensed and bonded in five states as an auctioneer and real estate agent.  He has conducted over 3,000 auctions in his career and additionally devotes numerous hours annually conducting charitable auctions throughout the region.  He is an avid investor in agriculture land and commercial real estate.
