Nola McNeally

Ms. McNeally serves as general counsel of Edgewood REIT. Prior to Ms. McNeally’s association with the Edgewood REIT, she was a practicing attorney in Fargo, North Dakota. She was an officer with the Fredrikson & Byron P.A.law firm. Prior to joining Fredrikson she was an attorney with the international law firm of Dorsey & Whitney LLP for 10 years. Prior to becoming an attorney, Ms. McNeally was a paralegal for six years. Ms. McNeally has significant experience in areas of mergers and acquisitions, Blue Sky securities, corporate finance, and real estate.

Ms. McNeally graduated from the University of North Dakota School of Law, JD with distinction in 2000, and is a member of the Order of the Coif. She is licensed in the states of North Dakota and Minnesota. She currently serves as a member of the board of directors of the Cullen Children’s Foundation, Fargo Marathon, Inc. and the Dakota Medical Foundation. Ms. McNeally was born and raised in Glen Ullin, North Dakota, and lives with her husband and two daughters in Fargo, North Dakota.
